Please note the following arrangement of “First Lecture of Faculty & Faculty Orientation” of FBA during Typhoons and Rainstorms below:
1 When Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3 is hoisted, all activities will be held as scheduled.
2 When Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, the following arrangement will apply:
| Hoisted during the activity | First Lecture of Faculty & Faculty Orientation at 3:00 p.m. on 15th August, 2018 (Wednesday) will be postponed to 3:00 p.m. on 16th August, 2018 (Thursday) at the same venue in E22 building |
| Hoisted or still in force at or after 12:30 | First Lecture of Faculty & Faculty Orientation at 3:00 p.m. on 15th August, 2018 (Wednesday) will be postponed to 3:00 p.m. on 16th August, 2018 (Thursday) at the same venue in E22 building |
3. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered, or all of the Typhoon Signals or Rainstorm Warning Signal are cancelled, the following arrangement will apply:
| Lowered before 07:30 | First Lecture of Faculty & Faculty Orientation will be held as scheduled. |
| Lowered between 07:30 to 12:30 | First Lecture of Faculty & Faculty Orientation will be held as scheduled. |
| Lowered after 12:30 | First Lecture of Faculty & Faculty Orientation at 3:00 p.m. on 15th August, 2018 (Wednesday) will be postponed to 3:00 p.m. on 16th August, 2018 (Thursday) at the same venue in E22 building |
